I purchased these springs for my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country van. We have the factory tow package but we tow a 4000lb travel trailer which has a 500lb tongue weight. This caused the factory springs to sag even with the factory load leveling shocks. These springs solved the problem perfectly with the 25% added capacity. The van does sit slightly higher when empty and it is a little stiffer but did not affect the ride quality significantly. The install was simple and straightforward. Using 18mm socket, I disconnected the lower portion of the factory shocks, I then unbolted the brakes so that the axle could be lowered. The factory springs came out easily. I transfered the upper and lower spring isolators and then installed the springs. Since the are the same length, it was an easy swap.
