Airlift on board Double QuickShot compressor system with air tank.
I was very happy whit the kit I was wandering why there no high pressure relief valve in the kit
Not a bad system. Nice to be able to hit the switches in the cab and fill or empty the bags as needed. Nice to be able to connect an air hose and fill tires or anything else for that matter. Installed on a 2014 Tundra Platinum. When connected to my 2016 Northwood Nash 27' travel trailer, I load each bag to about 30psi and I get a perfectly level and very stable load. Keeps the ass-end of the truck nice and level...being able to make small adjustments on the fly is nice! HOWEVER...adding the air bags really does impact the ride quality when the truck is dry. I empty the bags flat when not hauling or towing and the ride is still noticeably rough! One should just understand that adding the air bags will change your soft ride...but the pay off when towing or hauling is worth it.
I took the compressor system to Central 4 Wheel Drive in Spokane Washington. They said it was to difficult to install. They said the labor hours required were not worth the installation and there was no way to mount the gauges with all the hoses and make it look good. They gave it back to me with no installation at all. They told me to try and return it and get the remote compressor without the tank. Unless you know of a place in Spokane, Spokane Valley or Coeur d'Alene, Idaho that can do the install, I would like to return it. Please contact me and let me know. Thank you!
This thing is great. Controlling it on the fly is, well, fly. I also use it after I tow my racecar to it's destination to inflate the tires when needed. I share the air with other drivers in a pinch. With this jewel I don't carry a heavy spare but instead carry tire plugs. The pump even works in freezing temps.
