Q: How can i check if I am leaking air?
A: Great question. According to Air Lift, there is a 4 step process as to checking for leaks throughout your air bag helper springs system. Ill explain each step to you 1 by 1 to make things clear for you. 1. Inflate air springs to 30 PSI 2. Spray the inflation valves and all connections with 1/5 dish soap and 4/5 water so that the soap can create bubbles where leaks may exist 3. Deflate the springs to the minimum psi required to reach normal ride height. DO NOT deflate below 10 PSI. 4. Check the air pressure again after one day. A 2 - 4 PSI loss after initial installation is normal. Retest for leaks if the loss is more than 5 lbs.
