The Patriot 5th wheel hitch is an RV hitch that has a fully articulating head to allow for front to back as well as side to side movement. This 16k hitch is designed to work with all universal rail systems in your truck bed. The Patriot hitch will give 3 inches of height adjustment from 16-19" tall and 4" of front to back adjustments.
NOTE: Universal Mounting Rail (RVR3200) sold separately. If you have rail system already you do not need the RVR3200. If you have a B & W Gooseneck then you will be looking for the Companion 5th Wheel instead of the Patriot shown here.
This is a great hitch and SDTruckSprings had the best price I could find. The shipping was extremely fast and the hitch was a perfect fit. I pulled my 5th wheel trailer on multiple trips this year. It was a much better ride than the cheaper drawbar locking hitch I previously had. The quality of the build is excellent and the assembly straight forward. B & W makes awesome products.
