Big Wig Air Bags by Hellwig

The Big Wig air spring line from Hellwig Products is sure to become one of the fast moving and more respected lines we carry here at SD Truck Springs. To compliment their big wig sway bars, and create a complete towing package, these 5,600 lbs. air bag kits will provide up to 3" more in free height, providing additional air volume and a ride quality that cannot be beat. The larger air bags will allow extension of up to 15" for ride characteristics that can't be beat - on or off-road.

During testing, the new Hellwig 6109 kit for the 05-10 Ford Super Duty only required 60 PSI to level the same load that other kits required 90 PSI to accomplish. These air springs also provide 2,800 lbs. per bag where most competitors will be 2,500 lbs.
