I placed your air lift kit on my 2012 GMC 3500 truck. They were very easy to install. I load a side by side high up on truck and pulled a camper trailer down thru Arizona and New Mexico from Montana in every kind of weather. The bag kit works as well as I expected. However after getting them installed I discovered that one of the bags was leaking. I called the customer service # at SD Spring at 9:30PM and was greated by a very helpful and apologetic service attendant. After hearing my situation he asked me to send him a photo of the leaking bag, and he would forward it to the manufacturer and follow up in the morning. I received a call about 12:30 PM the next afternoon to inform me that a new set of bags were overnighted to me. It was a pleasure working with SD Spring
The load lifter 5000's where very easy and quick to install. Nice and clean looking. They installed over top of the Reese fifth wheel brackets easy. The air compressor and auto air controller is the way to go. I don't need more than 50psi to get the proper ride height. Truck rides and steers much better now. when empty the auto controller maintains 5psi in the bags. Will use them again.
I purchased the air Load Lifter 5000 for my 2015 GMC Sierra Duramax. I have a Lance truck camper and with the standard springs it tended to squat a few inches. The airbags took about an hour to install and work perfectly, keeping my truck level and reducing "porpoising" under load. Easy to inflate and deflate when not using the camper. SD had the best price and very fast shipping.
The NO DRILL product is not that at all. After nearly completing the relatively simple installation, I had the joy of DRILLING four holes into the thick frame to secure the brackets. These holes were in a very difficult position to DRILL. After DRILLING them to the correct size, I now had the joy of wrenching in four self tapping bolts. Three went in fairly easily but the fourth bolts head twisted off. The bolts provided are not strong enough for this application. Needless to say, I was disappointed with the installation process being misleading. The product itself is sufficient for my application. Buyer beware, if you want a NO DRILL product, do not buy these.
