I have installed these springs on my Ram 4 years ago and when I load up my truck with 1000 lbs.it doesn't squat no where like it use too. When I load 1500 lbs. The rear comes down 2 1/2" , if I even put 800lbs. When I had the original coils in the rear the rear of the truck would sag to the point where the bump stops would only have a 1/2" to go from bottoming out. The only minor complaint is I wish the powder coating was stronger, but I'm more concerned with performance and that's why I choose 5 stars.
Fantastic product. My 2016 Ram 1500 sits perfectly level with Bilstein 5100 shocks up front on the 2.1 setting and the TufTruck 1211 springs in back. These springs did not raise the rear at all, same as stock height. The ride with an empty truck really doesn't feel much different than the stock springs, maybe a tiny bit firmer, but it seems to handle a little better. The coil wire is much thicker than the stock springs so I'm sure the Bighorn won't be sagging in back when I hook up my camper and load up the bed with 900 lbs of supplies & toys on my next trip.
I installed these springs for a customer who uses a 1500 truck as a 2500. It was sagging hard in the rear. The rear bumper height increased 3 inches to just over level after putting these on. I can't attest to how well they will hold up(hence the 4 star rating) but right out of the box, they do the job!
