The Hellwig Big Wig sway bar is the new monster sway bar in hellwig's line of load and sway control products. The big wig sway bar is designed specifically for those vehicles like the F250, F350 Super Duty that undergo more than the average amount of loading and hauling. With it's increased diameter and heavy duty hardware, the big wig is designed to provide at least 20% greater stability.
NOTE: Never load vehicle beyond the manufacturer's maximum gross vehicle weight rating.
Just the rear sway bar wasn't enough to keep the truck stable with the arctic fox 990 camper on my f 350.
So far so good, the sway bars front and rear, in combination, significantly reduced sway on my 2006 f 350 DRW. I don't have a ton of miles on them but the improvement was immediate. I will say that in every forum I belong to I have stated Hellwig's and SD truck springs benefits and given kudos when ever I had the chance. In the Truck camper and RV forums there seems to be some confusion about the benefits of the Hellwig sway bars, it seems like most want to add air bags for sway problems.... My only thing I can say on the negative side is the length of time it took to get the rear sway bar, took weeks and I was beginning to wonder if I was going to get it at all, but it did come and it was an easy install. I would recommend the after market sway bars to any one who hauls a truck camper
