I installed this kit and I am writing this review several months after. The system was a very straight forward installation and was completed in my garage in an afternoon. There are zero leaks even after taking them at low pressure off road as I use my truck for everything. The bag quality seams excellent as I mentioned before I have gone off roading with this kit and there has been no signs of wear on the lines or bags. I am very happy with the system. This is also my second airlift kit but first one with jounce control and it actually does make a noticeable difference in ride quality. If I ever change trucks I would not hesitate to buy again.
They working pretty damn good . Love them on my titan xd cummins hauling some heavy ass loads . the Internal Jounce Bumper for Added Stability is awesome.it Eliminate squatting, sagging, dipping which improve the quality ride of my vehicle .
Would you recommend this product to a friend? Yes. I have recommended your site to several Friends already. Did the product perform as expected? Yes. The air bags have made the hitch weight nearly disappear and the ride is now greatly improved. Did you get the load support you expected? Yes. And more ride improvement than expected Did you use an air compressor? For installation, no. Simple hand tools and a jack. Was the air bag kit easy to install? Yes. I am physically disabled with limited neck and shoulder movement and I was able to install the system in my driveway in about 3 hours. Were all of the parts there? Yes Did you like the SD Truck Springs process? Yes. I am a retired Air Force mechanic and the installation instructions were very much as straight forward as most tech data I have worked with.
These are great air bags. I thought about a few other products, but I am glad I went with these. I got at least two inches of height at full pressure. I really don't notice any ride difference. The truck pretty much came from the factory with everything you need to tow a goose neck trailer. These air bags completed my towing rig. The squatting is now minimal.
Air bags work fine and was easy to install myself and yes tge definitely help with load and on suspension . installation was easy and take less time .quality is very good . customer care responses are speechless . very hard working guys .
Review: Cost a lot more to install and rebate was rejected... Not a manufacturer approved mechanic... Even though shop has been in business for 30 years building cars... Not an exact fit for my 2016 Nissan Titan XD 5.6 litre gas engine, mechanic had to cut, move and weld a couple of things to fit as this is probably for the diesel unit. That said I ordered the compressor kit as well and had it installed at the same time. Works perfect for my 2000lb camper. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. A note of caution, relay box is always active therefore needed to add a power switch for the compressor, but works great. I would recommend this product for the Nissan Titan XD for anyone carrying a load... Totally level and smooth ride. Tom
Installed several months ago and they are working great. But disappointed to see the fasteners with better corrosion resistance than zinc plated. That does not belong on suspension components that you want to last. Also, the brackets bent pretty easy while tightening the clamps, which cracks the finish and starts rusting. Would like to see some reinforcement of the tabs with welded ribs. Had some difficulty getting the H-Clamp around the leaf spring bracket; Had to bend the clamp a bit; Not a big deal. Overall happy with the product, just wish it had higher quality for something called "Ultimate". Would pay more for it.
