Very happy with product. Installed myself in about 4 hours, moderate skill level required. No compressor but also purchased recommended T fitting to split one fitting on rear bumper to both bags. GREATLY improved ride under load of truck cap full of tools causing rear to sag. Bags constantly lose a bit of air but this is supposed to be normal according to manufacturer. Purchased a Makita 18V tire pump to keep in truck for topping off bags once a week or so. Thank you SD!
Have had these on truck for years they work excellent installed them had 80k on now at 299k had a bag go bad says lifetime warranty never tried to see how good it is luckily I ordered an extra set of bag about 5 years ago so I'd have a replacement on hand over 200k miles on them not bad would highly recommend them..
Very happy with this product. It only took a couple hours for me to install, although a little awkward at times. I had to face a couple bolts opposite ways due to fuel lines being in the way but the end result is night & day. My 2010 Ranger has a Leer cap full of tools on the back which made it sag half an inch & ride poorly, now with 30 psi it rides like it's brand new & if I want to load up the back with lumber or scrap metal or pull a heavy trailer, I just pull out my Makita tire pump & give it a quick blast. No more bottoming out!
Money well spent! If you're on the fence about getting one of these, my advice is just do it! Easy install if you are handy with your tools. I can put two face cord of firewood in the back of my ford ranger and it handles it like it was empty. Will be getting another set for the 2500hd soon! It arrived quickly with no missing or damaged parts and fit like a glove. Thanks!!

I have a 2007 Ranger Level II - Installed easily after I cut about 1" off the thread ends of the stock U-bolts, otherwise the unit would not fit. I left the stock U-bolts in place and just chopped the ends off with a cutting wheel. Clearance requirements that are in the instructions are confusing because they mention two different clearances needed. The diagram shows 8", the writing says 6". But 6" is enough clearance so the diagram is wrong. It was a tight fit on top due to a flange on the body interfering with the 90 degree elbow, but the elbow can just squeeze in behind it. (That flange could be trimmed if needed.) After installation, they work flawlessly for both load carrying or just raising the truck to get more ground clearance. I do find they do lose pressure slowly, but over weeks. So you just have to keep an eye on them if you don't have an automatic pressure maintenance system.
I like the product and was easy to install but because the tolerances are so tight if I only put in 50 lbs. air in it bottoms out even though the springs don't bottom out. Need more travel built in I have to run with 75 Lbs. in now not level
